added braking

Due to the added weight and performance of this bike I included a third rear disk brake to ensure adequate stopping power. The option allows me to use it, in addition to the recovery electric braking as a means of slowing without sacrificing momentum for some conditions but when combined with the doubled cantilever brakes will bring the bike to a quick halt.
